Lt. Col. (R) Cheng Jiew Koon is a trained logistician who served the Armed Forces for over twenty years (1958-1979). Upon retirement, he was appointed as Director of the Outward Bound School. In 1985, the International Outdoor Bound Conference ranked the school as one of the best Outdoor School in the world. He designed Operation Raleigh International Programs for Malaysian youths. He pioneered the first Children Adventure Course in Malaysia with the Pudu Rotary Club in 1984, now a permanent feature of the Malaysian Outward Bound School. As a zealous outdoor person, he is highly involved in Youth Development and Character Training. Lt. Col. (R) Cheng is currently the Director of Abid Samudera Academy of Tourism. With his diversified army, sports and business experiences, he has developed the Outdoor Management Development Module for team building, motivation and leadership skills. He has conducted Team Building Programs for multi-national, government and statutory organizations.

George operates an International IT learning franchise in Kuching. He has worked for 2 leading listed companies and lectured in a renowned Masters degree program for Australian and British universities in Malaysia. He is the Sarawak Representative for the British Executive Services Overseas (BESO), the protem-chairman of the Sarawak Alumni Association, and the Associate member of the Institute of Bankers Malaysia.
He has a unique combination of hands-on experience, having lived, studied and worked overseas. Having worked in different parts of the country, he has experienced and coped with dynamic changes in the business world. He has conducted various seminars on organizational change, design and performance. Utilizing his specialties in EQ, interpersonal communication skills, motivation, leadership, change management, customer service, and organization team enhancement, George has helped copious private and public organizations to improve their employees' productivity at work.

K.C. See is the Managing Director and Principal Consultant of Quest Learning Sdn. Bhd. (QUEST). He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Public Accountant, and Chartered Secretary. He has been trained in the United States, specializing in Human Resource & Organization Development. He is a certified trainer endorsed by PERSONA International, California; Decision Processes International, Connecticut; Service Quality Institute, Minnesota; and Eagles' Flight, Canada. As a Human Resource Development expert, he has carried out improvement projects that emphasize quality within the context of local culture and business norms in South East Asia. His training also explores how the inner mind of an individual works in any decision making process. He has trained and mentored over 40,000 people over the last 17 years. With his intensive business experiences, K.C. was invited to speak at the International Internet Marketing Conference in Korea. In 1999, he stared an e-learning portal, which went to 25 countries in 16 months. He won second prize at the 2001 E-symposium in Singapore after undergoing a process of due diligence by a panel of experts. His works in training with clients include training design, formulating training strategies & plans, and carrying out improvement projects emphasizing on measurement of results. He is also a dedicated writer. Of his three books written, one has been translated into three languages. He wrote a popular column entitled "Quality through People" in The Star.

Dr. YKK is an international writer, speaker, trainer and consultant in the field of creativity. He has served as a resource person on creativity to the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), an international organizational of young CEOs and many multinational corporations including: Intel Technology, Texas Instruments, Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, Glaxo-Wellcome, and ICI Paints. The company he founded, Mindbloom Sdn. Bhd. is acknowledged as one of the leading organizations in the world. Dr. YKK is also author of the much-acclaimed "You're Creative - Let Your Creativity Bloom." This book has received endorsements of prominent personalities from many countries, from Argentina to Zimbabwe. He is one of the eight international creativity advisers to LEGO of Denmark to help it to spearhead a global creativity movement. He is also an adviser to the president of the International Federation of Invention Associations (IFIA) based in Geneva, Switzerland. In Malaysia, he is actively involved with MINDS (Malaysian Invention and Design Society) and the Tuanku Bainun Children's Creativity Centre.
